HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?


Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add sales@555opulence.com to your contacts, otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your junk/spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible so we can try to amend your details. Please quote your order number in the subject line to speed up the process up. 
If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
HOW WILL I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.
HOW CAN I JOIN THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM?
Once there is an opening we will announce it on our social media platforms.
